A small change to our social media setup

We’ve been doing some housekeeping. If you’ve been paying very close attention, you may have spotted that our display names on social media sites have changed.
We're changing our name across the social media platforms we use to engage with our customers - but we wanted to reassure you that nothing else is changing.
From here on, you’ll see us as Shell Energy Home UK across Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly known as Twitter).
We’ve made this small change to make sure it’s clear these pages are for the UK retail business - that is, the part of the company that supplies home energy and broadband to domestic customers.
Everything else stays the same, including our @handles, and our team is still here to help customers from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
