It’s the latest smart Wi-Fi hub for Fibre and Full Fibre broadband plans.

It comes with Wi-Fi 6 technology, a standard of Wi-Fi that gives you more speed, on more devices, in more corners of your home.

Wi-Fi 6 hubs are backwards-compatible, meaning they’ll still work with the Wi-Fi 5 and older Wi-Fi devices in your home. But you’ll experience optimal speed and performance when using a Wi-Fi 6 compatible device that supports the Wi-Fi 6 standard directly.

Upgrading to a Wi-Fi 6 hub makes your home network ready for Wi-Fi 6 devices. While older devices may not immediately benefit, investing in a Wi-Fi 6 network can prepare your home setup for future Wi-Fi 6 devices or upgrades.

When using older devices that are not Wi-Fi 6 compatible, you may still experience improvements. These include increased network efficiency, reduced lag, and better handling of multiple devices connected to the network at the same time. But when using Wi-Fi 5 devices or older you won't experience all the features and speed enhancements you’d get from using Wi-Fi 6 devices.

Our Wi-Fi hub measures approx (L) 360mm x (W) 180mm x (H) 70mm and weighs approx 1200g so unfortunately will not fit through the standard UK letterbox size (254mm x 38mm).

We will dispatch your hub using Royal Mail and someone will need to be in on the delivery date to sign for the parcel. If no one’s in, Royal Mail will try to deliver it to a neighbour, safe place or follow any special instructions you have provided. Or if that doesn’t work, they’ll leave a card to get in touch and arrange a more convenient time.

You’ll receive an email around 48 hours before the Wi-Fi hub is due to be delivered which contains a tracking code. Please bear in mind that the delivery window is an estimate and can’t be guaranteed.
