We just need a few details from you, then we’ll do the legwork. That includes telling your current supplier and getting everything we need from them.
Once you start the switch, you can change your mind within 14 days, and the Energy Switch Guarantee protects you every step of the way. It can take as little as two days to switch, although you can choose to wait until your cooling-off period is over.
You could be compensated if there are any issues - although that’s unlikely. We’d say you won’t notice a thing, but as we’ll keep you up to date every step of the way, that’s not quite true.
