Getting started with My Broadband

With your new service, comes a brand new online account. If you have a registered email address, you’ll receive an email shortly with all the details of how to activate your My Broadband.

My Broadband is great for updating your account details, staying on track with your latest bills and checking out our other packages.

Billing and payments

Your first Shell Energy bill should arrive around a month or so after your transfer. We’ve made sure our bills are simple and easy to understand.

Check out our handy guide for more information on your new bill. And don’t worry, you can continue using your preferred payment including visiting Post Office branches.
